Its a sad day for Church in India, sudden demise of His Beatitude. Moran Mar Varkey Cardinal Vithayathil C.Ss.R. is a shock to the people of Indian. A man of prayer and faith, who constantly worked for the poor and downtrodden. A great administrator handpicked by Venerable John Paul the Great. He worked tirelessly for the unity of Church in India. Mar Varkey whose support for the 5th Marian Dogma of Co-mediatrix of all graces, will be missed. Moran Mar Varkey a great servant of the Lord. May his soul rest in peace.
