The Risen Christ appeared many times(during Forty days) to his Disciples he taught any things about Kingdom of God before his Ascention into heaven(Acts,1:3).Exactly all those teahings of Risen Christ' for forty days were not fully recorded in Bible.will Bro.Tnanku can tell his follwers about it? or how can he reveal such things? St Paul/Saul(apostle)Paul went to Saudi Arabia whereby Christ revealed himself(Galatians1:16-17)and tahgt him about kingdom of God! May be br.Thanku also got a revelation similar to that!!!
Your posting is of interesting reading. We all know that our church has more enemies within than outside. When I talk of enemies I mean all those who does not teach the real faith and follow the principles and policies of the Church. My son is in Australia. There is one Achen who is staying there for the last more than 5 years who came from Calcutta diocese without the permission of the Bishop. The old Bishop of Chennai was a disciplinarian and didn’t accommodate this priest as he was not interested in correcting his mistake. Now the Bishop has changed and the new Bishop is related to this priest and the status is this Achen hast started service (you can term this as drama in Thanku’s style) at his home and a few of his ardent fans go to the service. They are the ones from our Melbourne Church. The Secretary of the Chruch has reported this to the present Bishop and his order was, ‘that is none of your business’. This is what is happening every where. Heard what happened in RAK. Truly the Achen is at fault. But the Bishop went two steps ahead to crucify the Achen instead of helping him acquitting of his charges. Gone are those days we see Bishops as an hope to bring peace. Now they are bringing pieces. Now as you know, if Thanku was not kicked out of our Seminary, he would have fallen into one of the above category. So the crux of the problem is that as long as our priests and high priests consider this as a vocation, this will continue and we the faithful will never learn the faith and what we are after is an Abdul and an Abdullah!
please dont commend and criticize others... really the churches exploiting people?!! please think... we are proud in this world.. be proud in jesus... just revive the church by active and dedicated priest... am a orthodox believer.. but we have to change the politics and the management of church.. we need a change management.. nobody like change.. everyone is selfish.. noone can be enemy to you.. read pslam and understand god host dinner infront of your enemies... please we need a change.. once I had to stay in an Ashram at Kollam, am really upset about the talking of preachers... even I were abused by a priest at Devalokam.. i still dont know his name .. he was living in the devalokam annex in 1994... @Sam Where in Galatians1:16-17 have you read Saudi Arabia. Saudi was obviously a part of Arabia.In the first century , term Arabia covered wider areas.The Bible says even Mt. Sinai is located in Arabia. Dont add anything to Bible verses.
